Own and optimize enterprise collaboration and voice platforms, including: Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Viva, Microsoft 365, Azure services) Slack, Zoom, WebEx • Serve as the primary business systems lead for collaboration tools, driving: Platform strategy and roadmap, Feature adoption and enablement, Integration across systems • Partner with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance • Lead platform enhancements, upgrades, and vendor coordination • Improve employee experience through automation, governance, and best practices. • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role • Strong expertise in collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom) • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and enterprise AI adoption • Solid understanding of infrastructure, security, and automation concepts • Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise request/incident workflows • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
