Any person performing the position while under the influence of marijuana or any other illegal drug may constitute a threat to health or safety or in which a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death, including without limitation a position that includes the operating, repairing, maintaining, or monitoring of heavy equipment, machinery, aircraft, motorized watercraft, or motor vehicles or handling of hazardous materials and/or waste as part of the job duties. Plans, directs and controls the activities of the Parts Department to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met; formulates the major objectives, specific plans, plan procedures and programs for the Parts Department; evaluates the department's results and performance against objectives.
