This role works closely with customers, injured employees, insurance carriers, claim adjusters, HR, and payroll to facilitate efficient claim handling, support return-to-work efforts, and provide a high level of customer service. You will build strong relationships with clients, collaborate with insurance carriers and claim adjusters, and help drive positive claim outcomes through proactive claim management, communication, and customer service.
