The position requires programmer-level working knowledge of DDC controls used with HVAC and boiler systems and is responsible for maintaining reliable system operation, minimizing breakdowns, supporting preventive maintenance, and preserving equipment useful life. Working knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, including AHUs, VAV boxes, RTUs, boilers, hot-water systems, chillers, pumps, valves, dampers, actuators, temperature/pressure sensors, relays, safeties, and control loops.
