This position is responsible for referral coordination, intake support, recovery-oriented outreach, SUD screening and education, as permitted by credentials, and connection to appropriate treatment and recovery resources, while helping create a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment for clients, staff, and community partners. Provide statewide outreach, education, and relationship-building with community members, referral sources, Recovery Community Organizations, and other partners regarding Harbor Care services, eligibility, harm reduction, overdose prevention, recovery supports, and access to care.
