Education, Experience, & Requirements Active RID certification (NIC, CI/CT, CSC, or equivalent) or Undergraduate or Graduate Degree from an accredited College or University with a major study in a field related to either interpretation or American Sign Language (ASL) studies. Interpreters will provide onsite ASL services, as needed, for meetings, briefings, town halls, award ceremonies, training sessions, safety talks, conferences, and human resources actions, to name a few.
