Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Supervise assigned training team members, including setting individual and team goals aligned with Training Center strategic objectives, providing coaching, managing performance, completing performance reviews, and approving timesheets and expenses. In the trainer capacity, the incumbent will develop and facilitate formalized technical training for associates and customers across all available media channels on topics including, but not limited to: equipment installation, programming, troubleshooting, safety, maintenance, and repair.
