Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as exercise planning conferences (Initial, Mid, and Final Planning Conferences), concept-of-operations briefings, after-action reviews (AARs), and strategy sessions with other staff service functions, joint staff, and partner nations to secure cooperation, resolve controversial coordination matters, and convey information relative to proposed training changes. Provides expertise in planning, developing, implementing, and directing the annual preparation of the command training and exercise plans, execution of major theater exercises, and readiness briefings for United States Space Forces Southern (SPACEFOR-SOUTH) expanding operations to the Chief of Space Operations, United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), and the Secretary of the Air Force.
