We are looking for proactive, results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team.We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Mass Tort Data Analyst to help drive our data processes forward. You will serve as a key contributor across active client projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver actionable insights and robust data solutions that support our Mass Tort operations, with a strong emphasis on lien resolution workflows.This role requires prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien resolution space. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a track record of owning data workflows, and a passion for improving systems at scale.Requirements<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Obtain, validate, and organize large client data sets for use within the Zipliens platform.</li><li>Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency across all data deliverables.</li><li>Manage recurring data exchanges with external agencies (e.g., Medicare, LRP vendors, Medicaid), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>Deliver customized reporting solutions and visualizations to meet internal and external needs.</li><li>Work with client data teams to improve onboarding and file delivery processes.</li><li>Identify inefficiencies in recurring workflows, lead optimization initiatives, and document processes and standards to support internal consistency and knowledge sharing.</li><li>Partner with developers to define requirements and support tool development in the Zipliens portal.</li><li>Provide department leadership with metrics, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Communicate data challenges and solutions clearly and succinctly across teams.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry is required.</li><li>4+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities with a thoughtful approach to downstream impacts.</li><li>Comfortable balancing multiple projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (preferred).</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Comprehensive Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision), including HSA with employer contributions, FSA, and Dependent Care FSA</li><li>Company-Paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability</li><li>401(k) Plan with Company Match</li><li>Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, and Select Holidays)</li><li>Parental Leave</li></ul>Pay Disclosure: The total base salary range for this role is $64,000 - $86,000 annually, with opportunity for a discretionary bonus. LDRM is seeking a Spanish Research Analyst to work in Williamsburg, KY.    Come join our team of outstanding professionals!

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Conduct research on cases prior to these being sent for adjudication by gathering information from a variety of sources, including but not limited to: petitions, applications, and supporting documents, the internet, telephone calls, government, commercial and open-source databases.</li><li>Evaluate data sets and interpret the relevance of data gathered including numerical statistics, legal documents, and open-source material with regard to cases.</li><li>Perform analyses on research conducted and information received from various locations in an effort to identify possible fraudulent activity related to cases.</li><li>Ensure the integrity of record keeping systems and the veracity of data collected prior to entering the data into the record keeping systems.</li><li>Write reports in a clear and concise manner that summarize the information gathered and identified during research.</li><li>Coordinate and network with agency personnel, other government agencies, and coworkers to facilitate information sharing on cases that involve fraud or potential criminal activity.</li><li>Appropriately handle Law Enforcement Sensitive (LES) information.</li><li>Perform analyses on petitions being returned to identify trends that may be useful in future research that is being conducted prior to the cases being sent overseas. Identify errors and areas for improvement in memos associated with these petitions.</li><li>Maintain a working knowledge of a variety of resources that pertain to the eligibility requirements.</li><li>May be required to perform other duties as assigned to advance the unit’s mission of supporting pre-adjudication as it relates to cases.</li><li>Make phone calls to collect information on an individualized basis, and create reports based on the information provided.</li><li>Evaluate the case at hand, analyze the specific and individualized questions needing to be asked, and execute communication based on an individualized manner (non-scripted).</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>1-2 years of related experience.</li><li>High School degree or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in Spanish.</li><li>Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation, including credit and criminal checks.</li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to prepare reports and analyze documents for authenticity and for evaluation against government standards.</li><li>Ability to establish effective communications with peers and with government officials.</li><li>Ability to use databases for the purpose of obtaining and validating information.</li><li>Ability to comprehend government regulations.</li><li>Ability to conduct telephonic interviews for the purpose of obtaining information and for validating petition information.</li><li>Ability to analyze and evaluate data and interview responses to prepare concise reports and records of findings.</li></ul>Pay & Benefits:<ul><li>$22.36 per hour</li></ul>
