Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for AI servers, GPU systems, networking equipment, storage platforms, and other high-performance computing products, ensuring process, tooling, documentation, training, and operational readiness requirements are completed before launch. Develop and maintain process metrics and KPI dashboards, including throughput, turnaround time, first-pass yield, repair yield, rework, labor efficiency, capacity utilization, and process adherence, presenting results to internal and customer leadership.
