In support of the Central EPC GCM group, the role translates MSFT design and construction requirements into partnering-based contract structures and the aligned commercial, cost, and funding frameworks, partnering with CELA, Finance, and Audit and Compliance, to secure global partner capacity, enable early contractor involvement and advance funding, accelerate speed to market, and protect Microsoft's business interests. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes.
