As we evaluate future platform needs and potential HRIS integrations, this role requires a technically advanced, highly analytical, and strategic systems thinker who can balance day-to-day configuration and optimization with overall system architecture, complex workflow design, and seamless data integrations, ensuring platforms remain accurate, scalable, and compliant as the company grows. Plan, test, and deploy changes, upgrades, new modules, and custom integrations from requirements through user acceptance testing and go live support, and recommend and implement improvements - systematically assessing upstream and downstream impacts on Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations before full scale deployment.
