The Assistant Director of Rooms acts as a senior operational leader who anticipates challenges, resolves complex issues, and strengthens communication and collaboration among Front Office, Fairmont Gold, Housekeeping, Royal Service, and other supporting departments. Provide visible leadership coverage and hands-on operational support as needed, including during periods of high occupancy, staffing challenges, significant arrivals, special events, operational disruption, or leadership absences.
