This role supports internal customers, including the Team Member Relations (HR) group, by maintaining and expanding the functionality of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals. Partner with TMR, payroll, and operations stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements to support integrations with SAP SuccessFactors through data validation, testing coordination, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.
