You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10'' and 6'' crescent wrenches, 9.5'' and 6.5'' channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits. You'll handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, and keep the property in great shape for the residents who call it home.
