This role plays an important part in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community by responding to resident service requests, troubleshooting repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and preparing apartment homes for new residents. As the Maintenance Technician, you will: Complete resident service requests and troubleshoot repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and other building systems.
