Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, and Adobe Acrobat Professional • Ability to work with various Navy and Marine Corps Systems • Works well in a team environment • Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience • 3 years of professional experience in security environment • Must be a US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the position Education / Experience / Certifications: • Personnel performing on this effort shall be U.S. citizens • Personnel are required to successfully obtain and maintain background investigations for base access • Bachelor’s level degree Experience: Applicants must have the experience, education, or training that demonstrates the ability to follow directions, to read, understand, and retain a variety of instructions, regulations, and procedures. • Track Safety and Emergency Management trouble tickets and taskers (DON Tracker) cradle-to-grave; provide weekly ESAMS/RMI/NFTT reports, status updates, and monthly trend analyses; and support the OSH Manager with ETMS2/COMNAVSAFCOM data calls and the annual OSHA 300 Log.
