Provides advanced technical consultation to business and IT leaders across complex application development and support, including performance engineering, testing, production implementation, recovery, maintenance, stability, defect resolution, and SLA compliance. Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines: Serves as the lead designer for major, and highly complex systems and subsystems, applying deep knowledge of available technologies, tools, and existing designs.
