Savan is seeking an IT Portfolio Management & Governance Project Manager to support the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).The Project Manager will provide overall leadership, coordination, and quality oversight for a team supporting DOT IT portfolio management, IT governance, strategic planning, program and project management, IT financial management, and related communications and documentation activities. Manage and integrate activities across IT portfolio management, governance, strategic planning, program and project management, financial management, communications, and documentation workstreams.
