This role is responsible for the organization, development, implementation, maintenance, and accountability of total project controls, financial analysis, and estimating applications designed to provide management with full capability of planning, scheduling, financial analysis, and cost control throughout the life cycle of complex or unique projects/programs. The main goal of this role is to support Client's Capital Projects initiative through comprehensive evaluation and assessment of various project scopes, including cost estimating, scheduling, formulating management plans, and developing support procedures and processes to ensure seamless integration with engineering and procurement functions.
