The primary focus of this role is to organize and drive engineering execution by maintaining schedules, coordinating technical reviews, tracking deliverables, managing action items, and ensuring alignment among engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing sites, program management, and other stakeholders. As technical capability and product knowledge increase, perform selected engineering assignments such as drawing reviews, basic tolerance analyses, design updates, component evaluations, test-data reviews, and root-cause investigations under the guidance of experienced engineers.
