The role oversees safe, hygienic, accessible, equitable, inclusive, hospitable, low-barrier, Housing First operations; housing-focused case management; HMIS, OneHome, Capacity Tracker, and HOST reporting; facilities coordination; food service coordination; security and safety planning; community relations; staffing; fiscal stewardship; and contract monitoring readiness. Minimum Qualifications: Three or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in homeless services, family shelter, non-congregate shelter, supportive housing, human services, emergency operations, or a related field, including staff supervision, contract compliance, service delivery, data/reporting oversight, crisis response, and coordination with public or community partners.
