The Business Analyst partners closely with business stakeholders, RPA/API teams, developers, QA, application teams, project team members, IS Managers and Directors, TTI Executives, and other key individuals throughout the organization to ensure automation solutions are practical, supportable, scalable, and aligned with business value. Responsible for producing process maps, current-state and future-state workflows, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, mockups, user guides, demo materials, testing support documentation, and implementation artifacts for assigned automation efforts.
