The successfulcandidate will maintain existing Java and database systems, support productionoperations, troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues, resolvedefects, and implement targeted enhancements and controlled refactoring inlegacy applications while preserving established business behavior, dataintegrity, and integration contracts. Application integration anddistributed systems: Experiencesupporting REST APIs, IBM MQ or another enterprise messaging platform,message-based workflows, scheduled jobs, secure transfers, and applicationlogs, with an understanding of service dependencies, failover, retries,timeouts, idempotency, and recovery.
