Acting as the owner's representative during commissioning activities, this role works closely with design, construction, operations, vendors, contractors, project managers, and third-party commissioning providers to support successful testing, turnover, and operational readiness. Track completion of testing reports, punch list items, substantial completion documentation, occupancy-related documentation, operating manuals, warranties, as-built drawings, spare parts inventories, and other closeout deliverables.
