The BLT Engineer owns the development, validation, release, and sustaining of Board Level Functional Test (BLT) solutions for printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) supporting AI server manufacturing — including functional test strategy, test software development, fixture integration, production release, and continuous yield improvement. Working closely with Product Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, this role ensures robust functional validation, manufacturing readiness, and scalable production test solutions.
