Employee will assist co-workers in assessing every property within the county, determine proper appreciation or depreciation of structures and/or land, sketch buildings, take measurements, and enter all information pertaining to appraisal on property computer records. Employee will report to the County Assessor and will establish real estate values for residential, non-residential and commercial properties.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: 
Employee will report to the County Assessor and will establish real estate values for residential, non-residential and commercial properties. This position will require working outdoors in all types of climates and terrain. Employee will assist co-workers in assessing every property within the county, determine proper appreciation or depreciation of structures and/or land, sketch buildings, take measurements, and enter all information pertaining to appraisal on property computer records. All duties will be performed under minimal supervision.
