The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, an unrestricted driver's license, a clean driving record, at least 2 years of dealer-level or equivalent experience, and a strong professional work-ethic. The Estimator is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for insurance claim settlement, while managing their time to follow the proper channels in relaying information to management as necessary.
