The LPN will provide nursing care to medical patients under RN supervision, monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice, and document care accurately in EPIC. Skills in vital signs, pain assessment, intake/output monitoring, isolation precautions, specimen labeling, and patient status reporting.
