The Maintenance and Engineer Manager is responsible for maintaining the entire HGVC facility, including physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with the energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. Graduation from an apprenticeship and/or advanced training program for operating engineers recognized by the industry and trade or any other combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
