Strong troubleshooting instincts and willingness to personally perform hands-on installation, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs alongside technicians and contractors as needed — this is a working-lead role, not a purely administrative position. Own the day-to-day operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems, including HVAC and process cooling, electrical distribution, compressed air, plumbing/process piping, and building automation/controls.
