Requirements<ul><li>Able to safely lift objects weighing up to 50lbs unassisted.</li><li>Able to stand for long periods & stoop/bend/push/pull frequently.</li><li>Embodies SRC values (i.e., Teamwork, Problem Solving, Integrity, Relationships, and Excellence).</li><li>4+ years of manufacturing experience; with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some Electrical and PLC understanding.</li><li>High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.</li><li>Clear and effective communication skills - verbal, written, and typed - across all levels of the organization (able to receive and give).</li><li>Possess a basic understanding of math.</li><li>Able to follow directions of supervisor.</li><li>Open to constructive criticism and makes proper adjustments to feedback.</li><li>Team player, possessing a positive attitude in the face of challenges.</li><li>Resourceful and finds a way to safely solve new or unique challenges.</li><li>Eager to learn new information and techniques to improve craft as well as understand all aspects of coil manufacturing process.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Journeyman Millwright</li><li>Pneumatic certifications</li><li>Hydraulic certifications</li><li>Pipefitter experience</li><li>Welding (TIG, MIG, and stick)</li></ul><h4>When you work at SRC, you'll get...</h4><ul><li>Super culture: Look forward to having fun at work every day!
