You will room and prepare patients, draw blood and give injections after our training sign-off, document visits as a scribe, prepare charts before visits, coordinate referrals and results, teach patients from clinician-approved material, and help us build better clinical workflows. We pay every hour, teach you our systems, and after six months we help with the next step: up to $5,250 a year in educational assistance, two paid hours a week of protected study or shadowing time, a clinician mentor, and documented experience letters for your applications.
