Our registered apprenticeship programs are already established across HVAC, Plumbing, Pipefitting, Welding, and Sheet Metal , and we're looking for someone who can bring those programs to life by recruiting talent, building partnerships, supporting apprentices, and promoting careers in the trades throughout our community. You'll work closely with apprentices, instructors, field leaders, schools, workforce agencies, and community partners to ensure participants receive the guidance, resources, and support needed to successfully complete their training and launch long-term careers in the skilled trades.
