People stay here for years because they're treated like family, and we're looking to bring on someone we can train, invest in, and grow with for the long haul.What You'll Get:<ul><li>$17-$23/hr to start, with raises as you hit milestones and build your skills </li><li>Paid, hands-on training from licensed electricians who want to see you succeed</li><li>Paid tuition for electrical trade school (after 6 months)</li><li>Tool purchasing program</li><li>Performance bonus opportunities</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays (holidays after 6 months)</li><li>Company-paid uniforms</li><li>Steady, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs)</li><li>A close-knit team that has your back on every job</li><li>Competitive compensation, weekly pay & direct deposit.</li></ul>What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Working alongside experienced electricians on residential and commercial jobs</li><li>Running wire, conduit, and cable, and helping install panels, devices, and fixtures</li><li>Learning to read blueprints and electrical layouts</li><li>Helping diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues</li><li>Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized</li><li>Treating customers and their homes with respect (we're guests in their space)</li></ul>Who We're Looking For: You show up on time. You're willing to learn and not too proud to ask questions. You take pride in doing things right, and you're someone a team can count on. If that's you, the experience can come later. We'll teach you the trade.<ul><li>Beyond that, here's what you'll need:</li><li>A valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>A high school diploma or GED</li><li>The ability to do physical work (lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights, being on your feet)</li><li>A good attitude and a willingness to be part of a team</li></ul>Little experience is preferred, but not required.
