Duties will include, but not be limited to: •Load box truck via forklift or hand •Read receipt tickets to ensure accuracy of loaded items •Pre-load trucks during late afternoon hours to ensure orders are ready for delivery first thing each morning •Double check outgoing loads for accuracy •Conduct daily inspection of truck - communicate defects to mechanics for immediate repair •Maintain safe working environment; ensuring the security and safety of customers, employees, and the general public •Drive truck with a GVW of at least 10,001 pounds •May require driving smaller trucks or vans for smaller delivery •Must comply with all safety & Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
