As Anthropic continues to scale, we need an M&A attorney who can drive strategic transactions, including acquisitions, acquihires, minority investments, joint ventures, and other structured deals, from initial diligence through execution and post-closing integration, and help us build the playbooks and processes to do it repeatably. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
