Support Data Manager with CQI tasks related to the program, including: participant data progress tracking, data sharing with the individuals to whom it applies to facilitate partnered decision-making & progress updates, work with the entire CN Guidance team to apply the Plan-Do-Study-ACT continuous quality improvement approach to address systemic, organizational challenges, complete QI Training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, mental health counseling, or related field; Master's Degree preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Experience in a mental health related field, coordination of services, employment/education services, completing collateral contacts.
