This position works directly with truck drivers, carriers, customers, and operations personnel to coordinate inbound and outbound loads, maintain accurate documentation and records, enter shipment and load information, and help keep traffic moving efficiently through the terminal. The Scale Clerk/Customer Service Representative provides timely, professional, and courteous support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while assisting internal teams with day-to-day operations.
