The role has direct oversight responsibility for the Munich Re America Services, Inc. (MRAS) regional Enterprise Transactions, Privacy and Reinsurance functions and acts as the primary legal advisor to the MRAS Chief Financial Officer and their Financial and Management Reporting (FMR) organization. This role provides strategic leadership of legal services and coordination on compliance matters supporting designated Munich Re America corporate functions and reinsurance businesses and other designated enterprise legal functions.
