The PA-C will practice as part of the Evergreen Sports Medicine team, working collaboratively with our physicians, other advanced practice providers, athletic trainers, medical assistants, and support staff. The Physician Assistant will provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients presenting with a broad range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions across the lifespan.
