Understand your process area, including: accounting concepts, risks, controls, accounting transaction, system flows for transactions, dependencies and how output produced by the team is being used, in order to identify improvements to drive efficiencies or more effective processes. This position can work with finance and operations teams throughout the company including Product & Technology, Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Reporting, Accounting Policy, SOX and across Operational Accounting teams to ensure proper accounting, reporting and control environment.
