Experience in a campus-style or critical environment (pharmaceutical, healthcare, data center, higher ed, or advanced manufacturing).Experience with: Variable frequency drives (VFDs) on fans and pumpsHydronic balancing and air balancing supportWater treatment programs for chilled water, hot water, and cooling towers (in coordination with water treatment vendors)Advanced BAS systems (trend analysis, tuning, optimization). Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control issues on HVAC equipment (e.g., motors, contactors, safeties, sensors, actuators).Assist with refrigerant management in accordance with EPA regulations (leak checks, recovery, documentation).Use the Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor system performance, adjust setpoints (within guidelines), and troubleshoot alarms.
