construction, installation, trouble shooting repair; ability to install, operate, maintain and repair, power control and monitoring wiring systems, equipment and related apparatus; ability to follow blueprints; ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and/or certifications; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, department heads, representatives from other agencies and the general public; must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum High School Diploma or GED with at least one (1) years' experience in related field; formal Apprentice Electrician training preferred; must enroll or be enrolled in an approved electrician apprenticeship program and work toward a Journeyperson certificate within one (1) year of hire to retain position; excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid customer service and organizational skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
