Working closely with Production, Design, Quality, Test, Systems and Supply Chain teams, as well as external partners, you will support new product introduction (NPI), industrialisation, technology transfer and day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, capable and cost-effective processes that consistently deliver high-quality products across Ceres and partner manufacturing sites. Using data-driven techniques such as SPC, Cp/Cpk and process capability analysis, you will monitor and improve manufacturing performance, support the creation of manufacturing document packs for strategic partners, and ensure manufacturing processes are successfully scaled from prototype development through to high-volume production.
