The HVAC / Mechanical Supervisor directs skilled trades staff, establishes daily work priorities, supports troubleshooting of critical systems, manages preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinates vendors and planned shutdowns, and ensures work is performed safely, accurately and in accordance with departmental procedures and healthcare regulatory requirements. HVAC / Mechanical Technical Oversight - Provide technical direction and troubleshooting for air-handling systems, chilled and hot water systems, steam, pumps, heat exchangers, refrigeration, VAVs, exhaust systems, hydronic distribution and related mechanical equipment.
