Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Unload tools and equipment, prepare building site materials, stack materials, and set up equipment</li><li>Carrying out tasks that involve physical labor at many different construction projects</li><li>Follow project instructions from Foreman or Supervisor</li><li>Consult with construction plans and specifications, taking measurements and carrying out calculations based on the measurement taken</li><li>Direct traffic safely around the construction or road maintenance site</li><li>Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks</li><li>Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment</li><li>Ensure regulated and proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, clothing, etc. as required are worn</li><li>Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner</li><li>Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, grinders, chain saws, etc.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment as instructed including end dump trucks, rollers, loaders, compactors, etc.</li><li>Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting </li><li>Provide assistance to subcontractors as directed</li><li>Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials</li><li>Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly</li><li>Knowledge of site work construction methods and means</li><li>Assist in snow removal and salting operations</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school degree or equivalent educational experience; vocational school or trade apprenticeships a plus</li><li>State licensure to work with hazardous materials preferred but not required</li><li>Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds</li><li>Must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at elevated levels or in trenches</li><li>Positive attitude and work ethic</li><li>Able to work independently or as an active member of a team</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management</li><li>English and Spanish fluency a plus</li><li>Must have reliable transportation to and from job site locations </li><li>Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions hot/cold</li><li>Work in a ditch and trench box while following safety protocols</li></ul> In return, we offer competitive compensation, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental and vision benefits, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match and a corporate team environment with opportunity of advancement. Job Summary:
F&G Mechanical is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and service of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. We are a 24/7 Service company and working over 40 hrs. a week may be a job requirement (sometimes with little notice).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Install replacement equipment and parts per manufacturers specifications to honor manufacturers warranties. • Complete HVACR preventive maintenance in accordance with established standards • Troubleshoot, Analyze and repair HVACR malfunctions in accordance with EPA established standards. • Follow maintenance schedule to complete accurate and timely equipment maintenance and operating logs. • Complete documentation, including but not limited to, timesheets, expense reports, service reports and purchase card logs. • Conduct general tasks including, but not limited to, safety training, group meetings and maintaining tools and vehicle (if applicable) • Requirement to work overtime during the week and/or weekends. • Week by week rotating on call shifts.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent, HVAC Apprenticeship Program of Training • A valid Driver’s License • A minimum of 7-10 years’ HVAC experience working on commercial or industrial HVAC equipment/systems required. • Accountable, reliable and a courteous attitude towards our customers. • EPA universal refrigeration license. Ability to read and comprehend instructions including, but not limited to, safety policies and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in individual and small group situations. • Knowledge of HVAC and electrical systems. Basic mathematical abilities in all units of measure.
