Candidates who do not possess a CEM or CAP may be considered based on an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and progressively responsible professional experience in building automation systems (BAS), HVAC controls, energy management, or healthcare facility operations. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Associate degree in HVAC, Electrical Technology, Building Automation, Controls Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
