Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business or engineering) or in lieu of degree 8+ years of machinery maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment with CNC Mills and lathes, pneumatics, hydraulic, chemical processes, electrical, mechanical systems. This position will also be responsible for leading the maintenance processes in a manner that will have direct impact on profitability, efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
