This person should be able to look at a sold window or door project, identify what needs to happen next, coordinate the necessary products and materials, monitor the production timeline, prepare the installation crew, anticipate potential problems, and take ownership of getting the project successfully completed. This is a hands-on operations leadership position responsible for moving projects from the point of sale through ordering, product receipt, material staging, scheduling, installation, quality control, and final completion.
